7-Day Easy Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate

Email support@ontodi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise we will guide you on self-shipping.

Refunds

Once the item passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit, per your preference.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free of charge, subject to stock availability. The replacement ships as soon as the original item is picked up.

Non-Returnable

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Damaged or defective items are always eligible for replacement or full refund — share unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery.
